The key to a successful telephone system installation is complete project management of the installations. A smooth change over is imperative, this would normally involve a third party (i.e. BT). So management of any third party involved is also vital.

Octagon Communications are ideally placed to provide expert project management. We can organise line installations at either existing or new premises. As a BT re-seller we can also organise moves and liaise with BT on your behalf.

We plan your new installations from how each button on each phone is programmed to where each extension is situated. We organise cabling of both your IT and voice networks, if needed. Each installation is site surveyed to ensure our engineers allow enough time to complete your installation satisfactorily.

More important is planning the ring patterns for incoming calls to make sure they are answered in the correct place as quickly as possible.
