The Konftel 300IP is a SIP based conference phone incorporating OmniSound™ 2.0 with wideband for superior audio quality. It has several innovative features including the options of connecting a local 5-way call and recording calls on an SD memory card. The conference guide simplifies the task of calling pre-programmed groups. Settings and contacts are managed either directly in the Konftel 300IP or via a web interface where you also can import contacts into the phonebook. Up to four user profiles can be created to save personal settings. The Konftel 300IP can be upgraded with new software making it a future-proof investment. Expansion microphones or an external wireless headset and a PA system extend the voice pickup range. The Konftel 300IP supports Power over Ethernet.

1) Group meetings by the computer

The line selection mode allows you to combine and switch easily between different connectivities; Analogue, Mobile (GSM(cell)/wireless DECT) and USB.

As well as the option of a traditional analogue connection, the Konftel 300 allows you to use your computer to make VoIP calls through 7 kHz wideband voice transmission. The Konftel 300 provides the capability to link calls using different connectivity options.

With the aid of a Konftel 50 or Konftel 60W, your employees can hold telephone meetings from their computers. Both units can connect to computers equipped with software for IP telephony, so-called IP Softphones. A cost-effective solution that provides perfect sound quality.

2) DESKTOP - Quick meetings at your desk

Sometimes there just isn't time to book a conference room – the meeting needs to be held directly. As it's so easy to gather employees around your desk for a quick telephone meeting, the number of Konftel phones around the world is increasing. Everyone that uses a handsfree phone on a daily basis can tell you just how beneficial it is.

The Konftel 50 and Konftel 60W conference units can be connected to system, IP, DECT, or mobile telephones.

3) Telephone meetings in all size of conference rooms

With Konftel, your employees are more accessible for important meetings. Thanks to simple handling and the ability to add extra microphones, we can offer models for both small and large conference rooms. Konftel's OmniSound™ audio technology makes for natural sounding conversations.

All our models are well suited to smaller conference rooms. The audio coverage area is 30 m2 and the sound is crystal clear. Many choose the Konftel 100 standard model as a standalone unit. Both the Konftel 50 and the Konftel 60W can be connected to an existing phone.

Medium sized conference rooms require conference telephones with greater audio coverage. If you'd like a standalone telephone on the table, then choose from the 200 series. You can even complement an existing telephone with a Konftel 60W. Equipped with extra microphones, it provides an impressive audio coverage area of 70 m².

Extension capacity for larger rooms. Expansion microphones effectively double the voice pickup range. A wireless headset can also be connected to the Konftel 300 for listening to presentations. A software upgrade is required for connection to a wireless headset.

Auditorium and Large phone meetings. The Konftel 300 can be connected to external loudspeakers or a PA system for more powerful audio effect, with external loudspeakers and microphone for use in larger situations. A software upgrade is required for connection to the PA system.

More and more companies are converting to the wireless office (GSM or UMTS). This makes it easier for staff to reach customers from just one phone – the mobile phone.

The Konftel 60W is a versatile unit with a great range of uses. Can be connected to mobile phones with a cable or wirelessly via Bluetooth. It can also be extended with extra microphones for improved audio coverage, even the loudspeaker level increases. Can also be connected to DECT, IP, system phones and computers.

Konftel 50 is ideal for quick meetings at the desk or in smaller conference rooms. Through a mobile phone cable connection (optional), this conference unit enables you to communicate hands-free in all situations. Can also be connected to DECT, IP, system phones and computers.
